This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which reservations may be canceled, modified, or refunded for tours operated by La Roca Canyoning.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled under the following conditions:
- Up to 24 hours before the tour: No cancellation fee will apply. Full refund (100%).
- 24 hours or less before the tour or No Shows: A 100% cancellation fee will apply. The reservation is non-refundable.
Weather Conditions
Tours take place in natural environments.
If a tour must be canceled due to unsafe weather or river conditions, La Roca Canyoning may offer:
- rescheduling the tour
- an alternative experience
- a refund if rescheduling is not possible
Safety decisions are made by our professional guides and management team.
Reservation Changes
Changes to reservations may be possible depending on availability.
Requests to modify dates or times should be made as early as possible.
Late Arrivals
Guests must arrive at the meeting point at the indicated time.
Late arrivals may result in the loss of the tour without refund since tours operate on fixed departure schedules.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
